Spent Christmas at a hotel which had a great selection of food and a stunning view of the mountains. The hotel was also in a prime location with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
There were a few downsides to our stay. The air conditioning was not working and there was an unpleasant smell of sewage and cigarette smoke in the rooms.

Great location, close to attractions. Nice view from the terrace. Good quality of the beds.
Poor customer service. Noisy and smelly rooms - sewage and cigarette odor.

The location of the hotel was quite convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. the room itself was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. Despite some negative aspects, the hotel had a beautiful terrace where guests could relax and enjoy the view. the facilities at the hotel were well-maintained and added to the comfort of the stay.
The staff at the hotel was not very friendly and the service was lacking in communication.
